The Launch Cohort is designed for the clinician who is tired of "analysis paralysis" and ready to move into action. The ideal member is a licensed professional who is either in the early stages of opening their doors or ready to transition from current work to full-time private practice.

  • Ready to Launch: You are a licensed clinician (or nearing licensure) planning to open your private practice doors within the next 3–6 months.

  • Community-Minded: You value peer connection and are willing to offer support and encouragement to others as you all grow together.

  • Committed to Consistency: You can carve out two hours per month for our live sessions and are ready to take active steps between meetings.

  • Values Confidentiality: You understand the importance of a "safe space" and are committed to keeping group discussions and peer business data private.
